How does the PF experience work?
Your guests are greeted and professionally photographed upon arrival. Their Photos are professionally printed on location and ready to bring home before your event is over.
Does this slow down arriving guests?
Not at all. It only takes seconds per shot and never interferes with the flow of your event. We’ve shot events as large as 400-600 guests.
Have you worked at my venue?
We’ve worked at most venues in NJ. But we’ve also worked at private homes, museums and other non-conventional locations, all with great success.
Does Photo Favors have a good reputation?
Absolutely. With over 1,000+ events, Photo Favors has a perfect 5.0 star rating on Google and WeddingWire, earns the “Couple’s Choice” award every year, and is trusted by wedding pros for their own personal events.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. Simply provide a contact name and email address and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be emailed directly to your venue.
What types of events do you cover?
Weddings, corporate events, fundraising galas, birthday parties, sweet 16's, anniversaries, Halloween and Christmas parties are most popular.
Do you travel outside of north and central New Jersey?
Yes, we’re happy to consider south Jersey, NYC, LI and eastern PA. There’s a small travel fee to cover time, gas and tolls for these areas. Contact me for more information.
Are Photo Favors affordable?
Photo Favors only look expensive but are surprisingly affordable. So no need to settle when you can make a powerful impact with the most unique and personalized idea your guests have ever experienced.
How does your payment plan work?
A 50% payment will reserve your date and 50% is due thirty days before the event. Custom payment plans are also available upon request. We accept Zelle, Venmo, checks and credit cards.
How soon should I reserve Photo Favors?
Most clients book 6-12 months in advance. But we’ve helped couples that booked 2-3 weeks before their wedding. Popular dates book quickly so contact me for availability..
